WARRANTY

Tri-County Floors has an outstanding reputation for standing behind their products and installation. We warrant to the original end-user customer that the floor coverings will be in accordance with the requirements and the specifications set forth in the sales contract.

Tri-County Floors agrees to repair or replace any of its work, together with other adjacent work which may be displaced by so doing, that may prove to be defective in workmanship or material within a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance of the product and in compliance with the requirements set forth in the sales contract. We agree to repair damages resulting from such defects without expense to the owner except for ordinary wear and tear and unusual abuse or neglect.

To further establish our good faith, in the event of our failure to comply with the above-mentioned conditions within ten (10) calendar days after being notified in writing by the owner, we collectively or separately authorize the owner to proceed to have such defective work repaired or replaced and made good at our expense. We will honor and pay the costs and charges upon demand.

Our professional design consultant, skilled estimator / measurement experts, and highly trained installers are at your disposal.
